Laure Genonceaux’s cuisine is bright and celebrates her Mauritian roots and raw products, full of flavour, and magnificently presented. When you ask Laure about her favourite dish, she doesn’t have to think twice: her mum’s meatballs in tomato sauce. A simple way to remember the important things in life, which is also what we at KTCHN like to do.
Despina Antypa’s pastry work is where emotion meets precision. A former cultural journalist in Greece, she turned the 2008 crisis into an opportunity to follow her lifelong passion for pastry. After training and working at the Michelin-starred Varoulko, she moved to Brussels in 2013 and joined the team at the five-star Steigenberger Wiltcher’s. At KTCHN, she crafts refined and heartfelt desserts—each one like a well-written story, blending technique and soul, and always meant to be shared.
